Welcome to the 37th Annual FSIO Conference Event - October 31st through November 3rd, 2018

We are planning a great conference for the 2018 year and hope you will join us at Edmond Fire Training Center and Hilton Garden Inn and Conference Center for the 37th annual conference October 31st-November 3rd, 2018. 

 Conference Fee: $150.00

(Includes Banquet Ticket and 2019 Membership)


One Day Pass $75.00

(Includes 2019 Membership)


Extra Banquet Tickets $25.00 
Registration will open soon and will be through in cooperation with OSU Fire Service Training
The conference will be held at the Edmond Fire Training Center, 5300 E. Covell Rd, Edmond, OK 74034
The host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn & Conference Center, 2833 Conference Drive, Edmond, OK 74034
(Right across I-35 from the Training Center)
There will be activities at both locations and shuttles running between. 
Wednesday October 31st - 8a-5p - OSU Fire Service Training Instructor Updates and Annual Training Day
Thursday November 1st - 8a-6p - Opening Ceremony, General Session, Business Meeting (Banquet at 7p-9p)
Keynote speakers Jim McCormack and Lori Moore-Merrell
Friday November 2nd - 8a-5p -Breakout Sessions / Train-the Trainer Sessions (Family Cookout 7p-9p)
Saturday November 3rd - 8a-5p - Breakout Sessions / Train-the Trainer Sessions

Vendor Days will be November 1st-3rd, setup can be performed the afternoon of October 31st. All vendors will be located at the Edmond Fire Training Center. 
We are actively seeking sponsors and presenters so if you have something you would like to contribute to the conference, please join us at any of our monthly meetings or contact us through the website or FaceBook.

The Ray Davidson Instructor of the Year

If you are a member of the Fire Service Instructors of Oklahoma and know of someone that meets the following criteria, and would like to nominate him or her for the Ray Davidson 'Instructor of the Year' award, please turn in your nomination in writing.

1. Must be an active member in fire education

2. Must have made a major contribution in the current year of nomination.

3. Must have exemplified the Ray Davidson ideas.

4. Must be nominated by a member of FSIO.

5. Nominations must be received by the Awards Committee prior to September 15th.


Only one award presented annually. The recipient of the award is not eligible to receive the award again. All recipients of the Ray Davidson Instructor of the Year Award may be nominated for the ISFSI Instructor of the Year Award to be presented at FDIC.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our upcoming annual convention. 


Our vendors play a vital role to the success of our convention.  We want to ensure that our vendors needs are met, so please list any special considerations you may require and we will make every possible effort to ensure these needs are met if and when possible.

Vendor fee is $100.00.  We do accept credit cards and you can pay at the Convention.

We would like to introduce all of the participants to our vendors.  We do this by utilizing a vendor card/stamp method.  Participants must have all vendors stamp their participation card to be eligible for our grand door prize drawing.

We ask each of our vendors to donate items for door prizes to be given away at the banquet.
